When will my order be shipped?
Your order is carefully prepared and delivered to the courier company within 1 business day. (Orders on official holidays and weekends are delivered to the courier company on the next working day.)

When will I receive my order?
Your package will be delivered to you within 1-2 business days in Istanbul and 2-4 working days outside Istanbul (may vary depending on force majeure and remote locations.)

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is on its way, you will be notified by sms and e-mail containing the cargo tracking information and the cargo delivery date.

Which courier company is the carrier of my package?
Your orders will be delivered via Kargomsende and Yurtiçi Kargo.
